Monsignor Samuel Kleda, the Archbishop of the Douala Metropolitan Archdiocese has commended the efforts of Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle for impacting society and mankind. The no-nonsense Douala Archbishop, known for speaking his mind, in spite whose sheep is gored, praised his guest during a visit to the Award Gallery on Thursday September 24, 2026. Archbishop Samuel Kleda was accompanied by a college of clergy as he paid a maiden working visit to Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle Award Gallery in Bonaberi, Douala

After a guided tour to the Award Gallery, His Grace Samuel Kleda told the media that he was utterly pleased to view all the accolades, recognitions and certificates bestowed on Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle for his selfless services in God’s vineyard that has impacted mankind and society.

“We are very happy to be here. I am very, very satisfied. All what we see here summarises an entire life,” Archbishop Kleda added.

The Douala Archbishop used the opportunity to call for Cameroonians to embrace peace. He said this can only be possible if justices prevails, because there can be no peace without justice. He regretted that courts that are supposed to serve justice to the people have become centres of injustice and frustration.

In a welcome address to his guest, Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle expressed profound gratitude. He said it was not a given for Archbishop Kleda and his delegation, who are always busy to set aside everything to create time to visit the gallery. He said it was a show of love, given that some years back, the Archbishop also created time to attend the launching of a Magazine published about him. Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle added that he has very good relationship with the Catholics and other denominations. He said he does not worship denominations but God Almighty, reason he also invited late cardinal Tumi to his Presbyterian Church when there was a huge event there. He used the event to present to His Grace Samuel Kleda, the latest two certificates received from the PCC Moderator and the Cameroon English Newspapers Publishers’ Association, CENPA.

Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor attributed the recognitions he has received over the years to the grace of God, saying that the glory belongs to the Almighty for giving him the opportunity to impact lives and contribute to society. He said unless the lord builds the house the labourers labour in vain.

In a rhetorical answer, Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle, said some great philosophers and great minds have guided his life and propel him to crusade for peace, justice and fight moral decadence in all its forms.

The legal luminary cum International Peace crusader, philanthropist said the person who impacted him most was his late father who was a man of God that instilled in him the virtues of love, justice and peace, principles which, he said, continue to guide his life and work. Sir Dr Barrister Nico Halle noted that these values have remained central to his commitment to society and his interactions with people from different walks of life.

It is worthy to recall that the Award Gallery currently holds 212 awards, recognitions, and certificates bestowed on Sir Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle, nationally and internationally.
