Sir Dr. Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle, who was recently awarded the Decennial Trendsetter Award by the authoritative The Voice Newspaper, has dedicated the award to all those crusading for peace, fighting against corruption, bribery, graft, embezzlement and misappropriation. As a member of the National Elections Observatory, NEO, I propounded the concept that if you rig yourself into office, you have rig your wife, daughter, son, friends, your community and the people. In fact you rigged everything in your life. My third concept of the rule of love as opposed to the rule of law is founded in the Bible and is one of the greatest commandment.
